1. Non Litigation, it is legal service outside court covering : legal counseling service, legal consultation service, legal opinion, study contract, job contract or other common agreement as well as giving its legal consideration, to make contract, joint venture agreement, company's provisions and regulation in common, give alternative stipulate settlement, to reprimand / summons, negotiate and deliberate agreement, investigation.

Litigation, legal service inside court covering : Witness guiding,  As Legal Advisor for Defendant/Accused, to ask for pre trial and Detention Concealment, Power of Attorney for Plaintiff Litigant, Power of Attorney as Appealed, Power of Attorney as Requested of Cessation, Power of Attorney for requesting bankruptcy, Power of Attorney for bringing forward disputant, Power of Attorney for appearing P4D and P4P in settlement of labor conflict matters, Power of Attorney for soliciting execution, Power of Attorney for bringing forward arbitrage,

Legal Service & Fees

1. Legal Service's Fee for Case by Case priced based on difficulty level or large/small of such case covering :  Operation Cost, Legal Fee, Success Fee

2. Legal Service's Fee for permanent client :

a. Legal Entity

Client who became permanent client at law firm of DN&C pay contribution fee per a year. The amount of such contribution payment according to large or small of business scope. And it should be consulted previously.

b. Individual

Client who became permanent client at law firm of DN&C pay contribution fee per a year. The amount of such contribution payment according to large or small of business scope. And it should be consulted previously.

The Benefit

The following benefits which can be obtained when the parties utilize us to be the parties attorney, as follows:

5. In Intellectual Property Right matters, we will keep observe as administratively, especially in observing the trade mark/service, for example there is a party who filed their trademark application which is having a similarity in essence with our client's trademark, then we will inform the client about the name of the trademark owner, the filing date and publication date which can be the foundation for filing opposition/objection.
